Travel Agent Assistant (a)

Your tasks:
- Preparation of travel proposals and management of bookings (flights, trains, cars, hotels, transfers)
- Verification of requests' compliance with travel policy
- Assistance with visa applications: preparation, document follow-up, updating procedures and entry formalities according to countries
- Coordination with executive assistants for the travel of executives and new employees (including families)
- Logistical organization during HR events or management trips
- Daily management of requests via the dedicated mailbox, follow-up and reporting via Excel tables
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations for internal needs
- Use and updating of profiles on the travel management platform (e.g., Concur), support and training of employees
- Participation in cross-functional projects related to different departments
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
- Very good command of IT tools
- Knowledge of the airline sector and its professional vocabulary
- Experience with booking platforms is a plus (e.g., Concur, HRS, CFF, etc…)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business travel
- Experience in office management or hospitality (an asset)
- French & English: Min C1 written and spoken
- Adaptability
- Priority management
- Initiative, rigor, and attention to detail
- Discretion, confidentiality, and strong customer orientation
