As part of the development of our HR department, we are looking for a

HR Manager at 60-80%

Your mission:

Ensure the administrative management of the employee life cycle and actively participate in recruitment processes for the various companies of the JPF Group

What awaits you:

• Prepare documents for employee entries and exits
• Maintain and update personnel files in our GED MFiles system
• Write various HR letters and documents
• Actively participate in recruitment processes for operational and administrative staff (posting ads, sorting applications, organizing and conducting interviews)
• Implement sourcing actions to identify key profiles
• Establish statistics and contribute to the development of HR dashboards

What you bring:

• HRSE certificate as HR manager, possibly BF HR specialist in progress
• Proven experience in a similar position, ideally within a large company and/or in the construction sector
• Excellent organization and ability to manage several topics in parallel
• Autonomy, rigor, and proactivity in work
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Ability to adapt to varied environments and manage evolving priorities
• Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 and M-Files
• Perfect command of French (spoken and written)
