For the Manor Monthey department store, we are looking for our new Youngstar from 01.08.2026 in the specific field of Retail Manager CFC (Men's Clothing).
Your responsibilities
- Establish relationships with customers, be able to meet their requirements during sales discussions
- Analyze customers' needs and offer them solutions
- Present trends and products, organize events and promotions for customers while creating a pleasant shopping experience
- Handle and process repairs, returns, complaints
- Recognize developments and trends in retail and implement them daily
- Be able to manage merchandise management processes provided by our IT systems
- Communicate through various channels
- Work within several teams
Your profile
- You have a quality approach to people even if you do not know them. You know how to convince people through your positive and winning manner of relating
- You will be able to convey your innate sense of trends to others
- You have completed lower secondary level 1 (school with high requirements) with good grades
- You can express yourself in a foreign language
- You are ready to work on Saturdays and evenings
