Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for proactively acquiring customers. You have an assigned customer base that you expand and you develop the existing business

• You are communicative and persistent and demonstrate our added value to customers

• With your customer-oriented approach, you successfully implement sales targets and specified marketing actions in daily business and support the team in gathering market and customer information

• In close collaboration with various contacts such as Field Sales, Technical Sales, Credit Analyst, Business Development Manager, and Category Manager, you form the interface between the manufacturer and the customer.

• You coordinate inquiries, prepare offers, process orders, and ensure timely delivery

What You Bring

• You are proud of your completed vocational training (retail/commercial) and may have already completed further training as a sales/marketing specialist

• You are used to setting priorities, working precisely, and keeping your goals in sight even when things get hectic

• High affinity for the IT industry as well as strong sales and negotiation skills

• You enjoy communicating, like contact with customers and manufacturers, and gladly use your language skills in German and English for this purpose

• The common MS Office applications are not new to you - SAP knowledge or experience with a similar ERP system is an advantage

• You enjoy working in a team and have good self-management skills, are proactive, friendly, and competent
