Job Description
- Outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care of patients
- Ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment
- Close collaboration with general practitioners as well as internal and external specialists
- Coordination and, if necessary, referral to specialized centers
- Maintenance and expansion of a regional referral network
- Managing electronic medical records and writing reports
Qualifications
- Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enjoyment of patient-centered, empathetic work
- Confident handling of digital practice structures
- Teamwork skills and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
