System Quality Engineer
APCO Technologies specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality mechanical and electromechanical equipment for space, energy, and industrial applications.
Activity rate: 100% Field of activity: Management of the QSE Management System and continuous improvement - a cross-functional role covering all trades and activities of the company.
What you develop:
Reporting to the QSE Manager, you will play a key role in the animation and development of the quality approach. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with the internal reference framework, customer requirements, and regulations, while strengthening the quality culture within the company. You will also support the integration and skills development of new employees to increase quality maturity throughout the organization.
Your main responsibilities:
Strategic management: contribute to the development and deployment of the company's quality strategy, in line with performance and development objectives.
Quality approach and continuous improvement: lead quality projects, facilitate cross-functional working groups, monitor the effectiveness of actions, and promote a continuous improvement dynamic.
Audits and certifications: organize, conduct, and supervise internal, customer, and certification audits (ISO, EN 9100, etc.). Be the privileged contact during external audits, analyze results, and manage corrective action plans.
Processes and documentation: formalize, periodically review, and optimize internal processes and quality documentation (procedures, operating methods, operational supports) with process owners.
Performance and reporting: define and maintain performance indicators, develop dashboards, prepare quality reports, and present results during reviews with management and stakeholders.
Training and awareness: develop and deliver quality training, promote quality culture at all levels, and ensure smooth communication between teams on quality issues and procedure changes.
HSE support: act as backup for the QSE Engineer in charge of HSE to ensure continuity and coherence of Quality, Safety, and Environment approaches.
What you bring:
HES engineering degree or equivalent, with a specialization in quality management.
Proven experience (> 5 years) in a similar position, preferably in an industrial or regulated environment.
Mastery of QSE standards (ISO 9001, 19443, EN 9100, etc.)
Training in auditing and regular practice of internal audits.
Mastery of quality methods and tools (risk management, problem solving, continuous improvement).
Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
Ability to analyze complex issues and propose concrete solutions.
Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills: ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
Very good writing skills.
Fluency in French and English (reading, speaking, writing).
