Due to retirement, we are looking for an experienced and competent specialist and leader for the management and further development of the Property Management department as
Head of Property Management 80 - 100%
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the management and further development of the Property Management department as well as active participation in change and digitization processes
- Management of the secretariat for the Property Management department as well as support for the Portfolio Management and Facility Management departments
- Leadership and further development of the gastronomy and event operations in municipally owned properties
- Preparation and review of purchase, sales, building rights, and easement contracts as well as processing applications for the use of public land
- Drafting proposals and decision-making bases for the responsible committees and authorities
What you bring with you
- Degree as a real estate trustee or studies in the real estate field
- Several years of experience in property and land registry law as well as experience in public administration is an advantage
- Leadership skills and organizational strength for independent management of the Property Management department
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and high service orientation
- Confidence in dealing with complex issues in a political environment
- Pragmatism, flexibility, solution-oriented working style, and enjoyment of creative freedom
