Your task as a leader in our team
- You lead and coordinate a team of up to 15 employees in a 2-shift operation
- You analyze production processes and continuously optimize them
- You implement targeted measures to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- You train and further develop your employees
- You document processes and production data diligently and completely
- You actively participate in cross-departmental projects
You have completed the following educational path
- You have a completed basic education in a technical or craft field
- You can already demonstrate initial leadership experience in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and digital production control rounds off your profile
- Your German language skills in spoken and written form are very good
