The opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and fast-learning HR Operations Specialist to temporarily join our team and support the Employee Lifecycle & Immigration processes.
This is a temporary position for 12 months and requires someone who can quickly adapt, take ownership, and deliver high-quality service in a dynamic, international environment.
How you’ll make an impact

Manage and execute immigration processes for local hires and business travel, handling all types of work and residence permits from start to finish

Ensure compliance with Swiss immigration regulations and internal procedures

Provide high-level HR Operations support to HR colleagues, business managers, and employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing aligned with our Service Level Agreements

Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, offering clear and concise guidance on policies and procedures

Handle activities across the Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding

Identify and suggest improvements based on feedback and operational experience

Participate in process improvement projects and collaborate closely across HR Operations, HR Functions, and HR Business Partners
Your background

You hold a Swiss federal vocational certificate in HR or equivalent further education, ideally with a focus on immigration

Minimum 2 years of experience in an international environment, ideally in immigration or HR Operations

Solid understanding of Swiss labor law and immigration procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and ticketing tools is a plus

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a resilient, flexible mindset

A team player who works independently and takes initiative

Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
