The Lanzeln Retirement Center is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa and has been awarded the label "Quality in Palliative Care". Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake and train station, we offer a beautiful home to 136 residents. With around 200 employees, we provide a comprehensive and professional range of services.
The Human Resources department is in an exciting phase of development. To complement our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start date for a
HR Generalist 40-60%
Your tasks
- Responsible for the entire administrative process from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, changes, certificates, confirmations, etc.) for approximately 200 employees
- Monitoring and maintenance of time tracking (Nexus, Polypoint)
- Contact person for employees and supervisors regarding HR questions
- Recording of sickness and accident reports as well as processing of received daily allowance statements
- Responsible for handling various HR topics such as maternity, anniversaries, and approvals, as well as contact person for external agencies (authorities, offices, insurance companies, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic education, further training in human resources mandatory (HR assistant, HR clerk)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable HR generalist role
- Knowledge of public law and Swiss labor law is an advantage
- Independent, proactive, and reliable working style
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and HR software, preferably Abacus, Polypoint, Nexus Pep`s
- High service orientation and discretion
- Enjoyment of change processes and continuous improvement
- Team-oriented personality with high social competence
