We are looking for reinforcement for our stylish seminar hotel Bocken in Horgen.
You will move this
- Active participation in the kitchen and ensuring a smooth production process
- Flexible deployment in all stations of the cold and hot kitchen during all service times
- Preparation work (mise en place) and support with inventory as well as kitchen organization
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP and ISO guidelines
- Taking over general cleaning and tidying tasks in the kitchen area
You bring this with you
- Completed training as a cook as well as several years of experience in a comparable position
- Passion for the profession as well as motivation and commitment
- Open, proactive personality with high reliability and sense of responsibility
- Independent, organized and clean way of working as well as flexibility and enthusiasm
- Very good knowledge of German; English skills are an advantage

It has over 40 hotel rooms and 19 seminar rooms as well as an event hall for 200 people, 2 restaurants and other indoor and outdoor options. The hotel, owned by a Swiss major bank, is located in a large park, embedded by unique artworks, in nature yet close to the city.

The hotel, owned by a Swiss major bank, is located in a large park, embedded by unique artworks, in nature yet close to the city. Our demanding guests enjoy international dishes with seasonal accents as well as the charm and professionalism of our employees.
You work in a seven-day operation, depending on the duty roster.
