FIBA has a truly global reach with five Regional Offices worldwide to support National Federations in their efforts to develop Basketball on the ground. FIBA is a non-profit organisation and recognised as the ultimate authority in basketball by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

 

Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities

Within an International renowned Sports Federation, a dynamic team and a human-sized structure, you will be assisting the different people working within the Human Resources department on various administrative tasks such as:

 

Administration:

  • Collecting new employees information for personal files
  • Creating employees’ physical files
  • Archiving and filing documents in employees digital and physical files to ensure the integrity and completeness of employees’ folders
  • Renaming all digital HR files according to a consistent nomenclature
  • Conducting an audit of the HR server file structure and propose new organization filing structure (get rid of eventual duplicated file)
  • Checking there is no discrepancy between the holidays registered in the absence management system and the weekly schedule
  • Answering to spontaneous application
  • Writing administrative documents (attestation of internship)

Projects:

  • Identifying with the HR Team ideas and actions to implement to reinforce the employer branding image of FIBA internally and externally (career website, recruitment advertisement, corporate partnership, onboarding experience…)
  • Providing support during the implementation of the online performance evaluation system (writing manual and FAQ, conducting webinars …)

 

Experience and skills required:

  • You are serious and attentive to detail
  • You have a high sense of discretion and confidentiality
  • You are motivated, multi task and team player
  • You have strong organizational and administration skills
  • You are curious and eager to participate in transformation/digital projects

 

Required languages:

  • French fluent with some knowledge of English

 

PERIOD: 6 months, to start as soon as possible
