We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and efficient technical assistance on computer systems.

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Insure level 1 to level 3 support for infrastructure, network, workstations and various internal applications
  • New workstations deployment in branches

Tasks and environments

Support

  • Insure employees’ support and IT maintenance (users, computers, printers, network)
  • Deal with hardware and network issues in branches
  • Create and update procedures
  • General troubleshooting and investigation
  • Phone set up and configuration
  • Support for project deployment in branches
  • Provide help in infrastructure improvements

 

Required skills

  • IT studies
  • Good Microsoft environment (Servers, Office, etc.) and ticketing tool knowledge
  • Bank environment knowledge (as a plus)
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Organized
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open minded
  • Dynamic, flexible, independent, great team player
  • Languages: French and English (an another language is a plus)
  • Swiss resident only
  • Flexible working hour
  • Stress resilience

Geneva ( punctual replacement Zurich/Lugano)
