Job description
Responsibilities
- Insure level 1 to level 3 support for infrastructure, network, workstations and various internal applications
- New workstations deployment in branches
Tasks and environments
Support
- Insure employees’ support and IT maintenance (users, computers, printers, network)
- Deal with hardware and network issues in branches
- Create and update procedures
- General troubleshooting and investigation
- Phone set up and configuration
- Support for project deployment in branches
- Provide help in infrastructure improvements
Required skills
- IT studies
- Good Microsoft environment (Servers, Office, etc.) and ticketing tool knowledge
- Bank environment knowledge (as a plus)
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Organized
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Excellent communication skills
- Open minded
- Dynamic, flexible, independent, great team player
- Languages: French and English (an another language is a plus)
- Swiss resident only
- Flexible working hour
- Stress resilience
