For our client based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a :
Manager, Launch Excellence
(Temporary contract)
Your mission:

You will be responsible for all activities aimed at ensuring the launch of commercial products in new markets, and for meeting product launch deadlines. You will also be responsible for cross-functional supply chain projects, with a focus on process improvement.

Your responsibilities:

• Cross-functional work with RA, Manufacturing sites, Quality, Global Supply Planning, Market partners and other operations departments to ensure launches are successful
• Market lead for all launches within scope
• Developing launch execution plans and contingency plans
• Prepares launch scenarios, reviews Launch Readiness and Execution project plans against targets
• Ensure short term critical activities and milestones are accomplished
• Anticipates problems, keep team members informed and escalates potential/major issues
• Provide support for specific launch roll-out activities including change control tracking and digicam artwork tracking
• Identify business needs where needed and propose solutions
• Active member of global Manufacturing Launch Team and Global Organization, contributing to new product launch plans and SKU strategies
• Track launches and issue relevant KPIs

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a Scientific or Commercial area and work experience in the field
• Knowledge in manufacturing, RA, logistics, artwork/labeling and GMP/GDP guidelines
• Ability to lead project teams and timelines
• Management and coordination of complex international projects
• Language: English and French
