Your Mission

• Collaborate closely with various teams such as product creation, testing, strategy, and design & innovation (depending on your background), driving efficiency and effectiveness. Emphasizing data-driven decision-making, your role involves streamlining processes and fostering a culture of insightful analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses across tooling, testing, sustainability, and other relevant domains, offering strategic guidance based on your findings.
• Take the lead in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for diverse teams, delivering comprehensive reports to guide strategic initiatives.
• Elevate transparency through refined dashboards tailored for R&D leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Pioneer the integration of data into R&D workflows, exploring cutting-edge technologies and facilitating the adoption of innovative systems for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with fellow analysts across the company, assisting in curating and communicating insights for R&D functions with guidance and support.
• Implement robust data governance practices across R&D
