Job Description

Your daily tasks & responsibilities

• Organization and enforcement of a professional company waste disposal
• Responsible for clean company buildings, hangars and area in front of the hangars, including corporate car park
• Ensure that the company outside property is well kept (e.g. cut the grass.)
• Overall maintenance work (e.g. mending of electronic installations, paint jobs etc.)
• Refueling and cleaning of company cars
• Pick-up and courier services
• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
• Repair equipment or appliances
• Identify and report the need for major repairs

The expertise you have & skills you bring

• Work experience in similar positions as well as a locksmith / metalworker
• Ability to work accurately / independently
• Ability / flexibility to work and to adapt in different environments
• Fluent in French or German, good knowledge of English (spoken)
• Well-organized and adapt in problem-solving
• Physical stamina
• Highest standard in terms of quality, reliability and safety
• Driving license
