Project Support Associate

Alschwil, Switzerland

You as a Project Support Associate (PSA) provides support to the Project Manager Team. Specifically,  assists the Project Manager in translation management, getting country approval of proofs and crafting Links reports for printing. The PSA build/upload Kit list and is doing other administrative work for the PM Team.

 Your tasks:

• Build Links Reports based on client supplied information
• Request Translation and or Regulatory review from our external vendor
• Build or double check Translations Work Order in ATLAS or client specific software
• Maintain the client specific ATLAS client library
• Build or upload Kit List
• Place Label/booklets orders for manufacturing
• Log client approved Links Reports into the System (CMAP)
• Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas

 Your profile: 

• professional degree, preferably in a back office and or client services field
• understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards
• strong and effective communicator with the ability to optimally present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
• strong interpersonal and communication skills to include strong relationship building.
• proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• good communication, social skills and project co-ordination skills.
