As the Digital Partner - Solutions at Roche Pharma (Schweiz) AG (RPS), you are responsible for developing and implementing digital customer engagement strategies. You will own the technology roadmap and ensure the seamless integration of various digital platforms, such as CRM systems, web portals, and customer service portals. Your goal is to optimize the digital interaction between the company and its customers across multiple channels, providing a cohesive user experience that leverages the latest digital innovations.
Additionally, you will oversee and support the adoption and effective utilization of these technologies across the organization, driving business adoption and acting as the key point of contact for both affiliate needs and negotiations with global development teams. Your customer focus is essential in fostering enhanced digital engagement and bringing value to patients, the healthcare system, and Roche.
Your challenge
You own the technology and channel strategy
You lead assigned topics by developing, assessing, implementing and leading digital strategies (e.g., mar technologies, CRM, webportal, customer portal, patient services portal, SEO strategy, screen new technologies, concepts, customer engagement innovation)
You design and implement effective adopton strategies and plans, identify and track appropriate KPIs
You align and collaborate with teams to ensure that digital strategies are anchored in broader organizational objectives
You provide expert guidance and coaching in the area of expertise (e.g. technology, campaign planning, channel mix, goal measuring, agile methodologies and new ways of working, design thinking, scrum, hackathon, workshops)
You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as digital marketing, business administration, information technology, or health informatics. On top you bring solid experience in technologies for digital marketing and digital customer enablement and a proven track record of successfully implementing digital channels strategies, omnichannel campaigns and technologies such as marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, web portals, and customer service platforms.

You have a strong understanding and practical expertise of current digital technologies and trends, including web analytics, SEO, content management systems, and emerging online platforms for conferences, webcasts and adboards
You have the ability and experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects, and in driving cross-functional teams towards common goals
You have the ability to innovate and think creatively to find solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
You are eager to learn new technologies and methodologies, and to continuously improve through feedback and professional development
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German (German is a MUST)
