Project Manager MEMS Sensors, 80-100%

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Industrialization of advanced products from prototypes to high volume manufacturing
• Lead an interdisciplinary project team of R&D engineers, scientists, purchasing, quality and operations
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, external competence centers and industrialization partners
• Reporting project progress to management regarding project scope, costs and timeline
• Setting up device manufacturing in line with semiconductor customers' expectations
• Spearheading agile methodology and innovation within the VAT organization
• Work within a team based in several locations (Haag, Zürich, Mendrisio)

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• M.Sc. or higher degree in a science, technology, or engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience of complex, successfully completed industrialization projects
• Experience with MEMS sensor fabrication and/or packaging is of a strong advantage
• Knowledge in quality engineering methodologies (e.g. RCCA, FMAE)
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, high level of engagement and ownership, the ability for strategic and solution-oriented thinking and acting, as well as proactive and responsible teamwork complete your personal profile
• Experience leading project teams with agile methodology is a benefit
• Negotiating skills in German and English (fluent in spoken and written)
• Work experience in vacuum technology, semiconductor equipment or MEMS industries is beneficial
