Manufacturing Process Specialist (all genders)

to join our Small Molecules team in Schaffhausen, Switzterland!

As a Manufacturing Process Specialist (MPS), you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operational activities and driving continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with various teams and partners, including Quality, Manufacturing Science and Technology, and Maintenance & Engineering, to develop innovative solutions. This requires an end-to-end mind-set in manufacturing processes and related systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary operations contact person for relevant departments


• Support and lead projects or improvement activities


• Ensure GMP-compliant production by processing non-conformances, investigating deviations, and defining corrective measures


• Evaluate production downtime and continuously improve processes


• Build and maintain production and cleaning recipes in the related systems


• Collaborate closely with operating personnel and shift supervisors


• Build and revise work instructions and operating procedures
