What you do:

• Spearheading the agile implementation efforts, including sprints and projects, in collaboration with a diverse team of internal and external partners
• Generation of groundbreaking ideas for the Digital Aircraft Configurator and Crystal Care Program, ensuring a cohesive architecture aligned with industry standards
• Assume full responsibility for the lifecycle of projects within the Digital Aircraft Configurator and Crystal Care Program, from coordination and activity monitoring to achieving strategic objectives
• Crafting and maintaining of product backlogs, epics, and stories, prioritizing them in concert with business stakeholders to maximize value and efficiency
• Commited to the ongoing enhancement and modernization of existing applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business and our clients
• Supporting the departments in refining, optimizing, and implementing innovative and value-driven business processes and initiatives

What you bring:

• Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
• Proven experience of several years of leadership in managing complex product landscapes, particularly in digital products such as web and mobile solutions
• Seasoned in agile management principles, with a knack for guiding diverse teams through the intricacies of agile project delivery
• Ability to act as strategic advisor with deep understanding of complex system and business environments, excelling in consulting, requirement analysis and translating insights into actionable plans
• Fluency both in German and English, capable of communicating complex ideas with clarity and precision
