A great opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance division as a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 month contract.

This varied role will support the Digital Crew working closely with our customer base and liaising with a range of internal/external stakeholders. Your tasks will include data entry, ensuring accurate record maintenance, identifying areas for process improvement, managing customer feedback, and resolving queries/issues. Your exceptional customer service will help to drive operational excellence across our General Insurance business.

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Financial Services/Insurance background highly regarded
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in an agile environment
  • Competency using Microsoft tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
