To strengthen our Group HR team at global level we are looking for a:

REWARDS MANAGER

ROLE

• Participate in the maintenance of SICPA’s compensation strategy through job evaluations, salary surveys, benchmark and company salary grid;

• Act as subject matter expert of our Job Architecture: managing content of job profiles, performing employee job matching, assessing and deploying local pay scales in countries, running benchmark activities and analysis;

• Lead the coordination of the Annual Salary review program, both in Switzerland and worldwide (+35 countries), including in the system, with focus on the international aspect plus coordination of budget reviews;

• Deliver and coordinate the Short-Term Incentive Program and other incentive programs, plus assess new incentive schemes;

• Create various compensation reports and analysis, plus anticipate potential request and propose gap analysis;

• Frequent monitoring and communication with local HR managers to ensure harmonized and compliant Rewards strategies and policies globally, while participating in maintaining high level of compensation data accuracy in our HR system. Perform thorough reviews of database consistency and put in place corrective measures.

• Work in close collaboration with the HR Operations and Payroll team on specific activities;

• Support the deployment of new tools (building training material, updating procedure) and participate in the maintenance of our CH HR policies and processes such as company cars, representation fees, schooling, employment agreements, etc.;

• Research new market trends, support change and present best practices by aligning with internal and external network and stay abreast of market practice linked with rewards related topics;

• Follow up, assess and manage the renewal of our international benefits;

• Support our international mobility activities;

PROFILE

• Master in Economics, Bachelor degree or Federal Diploma in Human Resources or Social Insurance;

• A proven experience of 7+ years in a similar role (experience in a multinational environment is an advantage);

• Experience in managing a team, with excellent communication skills

• Proven experience in job architecture project and subsequent job evaluation and pay scales deployment;

• Customer focus, autonomous, reliable, efficient, team player, respect of deadline and action-oriented are key competencies;

• Shows flexibility under fast changing environment and delivers quality work with strong attention to detail;

• Possesses strong communication skills and is fluent in English and French;

• Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP HR or Employee Central is a prerequisite. Any other HR system is an advantage.
