As part of the Supply Chain team, the Supplier Delivery Performance Manager will be in charge of:

  • Ensuring Supplier is able to answer ALSTOM needs (Supply Chain Capability and Capacity)
  • Managing the Supplier Relationship performance, optimizing the end-to-end Supply Chain for ensuring best availability of parts to support site business
  • Preventing delivery crisis and improve the delivery performances with our suppliers
  • Deploying the Supplier Relationship strategy & process designed and the associated governance to ensure:
  • Deployment of standards (including tools) at site level involving key stakeholders as Sourcing & Quality
  • Continuous maturity improvement
  • Successful implementatin of transformation initiatives
  • Ensuring strong cascading processes between Alstom & suppliers to ensure highest level of parts availability
  • Setting-up an adapted crisis management in case of major delivery issues

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Realize ad-hoc audits (or assessments) of Supplier Capacity and Capability.
  • Ensure application of a robust process defined by Global Supply Chain team: Supply Chain Capability & Capacity Assessments, Performance follow up and escalation, Improvement Plans
  • Animate a root cause analysis post-crisis and deploy largely corrective actions
  • Animate Site Supplier Delivery performance and develop competencies of Site Procurement Team in monitoring and ensuring Supplier Delivery Performance
  • Enforce collaboration between Sourcing / Supplier Quality and Supply Chain for Top Offenders management
  • Manage Supplier Relationship performance by:
  • Ensuring key Supplier Relatinship KPIs positive trend (On Time In Full, %Late deliveries & Late depth, Capacity)
  • Mnitoring process performance with systematic monthly review
  • Develping / enhancing the cross functional governance with quality and sourcing at regional level

QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES - Expected Level

  • Initial Background: Engineering school graduation with Extended Supply Chain orientation
  • Languages: French & English fluent
  • Experiences:
  • Supply Chain experience, Procurement experience, Supplier management experience at least 5 years
  • Root cause analysis and Improvement management experience
  • Auditor Background should be a +
  • ERP SAP experience should be a +, sourcing or quality experience would be a +
  • Soft skills : Proactivity , Leadership , Results oriented, Communication & Negotiation & Training skills
  • Travel ability
