Description

In this role, you'll be working in the Private Equity Impact Team. They offer a multinational and collaborative working environment together with a small team of experienced investment professionals.

  • Support the private equity impact team in all aspects of direct private equity investments and fund investments, including data room, financial modelling, financial due diligence, legal and tax due diligence, comps analysis, industry research, investment memoranda, reference calls, etc.;
  • Support the private equity impact team with regards to monitoring of existing co-investments, direct and fund investments, preparation of reports and board materials
  • Support and over time be responsible for the on-boarding process of new fund managers and to manage co-investments opportunities
  • Further develop the pro-active origination effort and screen the market for attractive investment opportunities
  • Support the private equity impact team in all aspects of the business, including business development, investor requests and improvement of tools and templates
  • Contribute to the wider business efforts as requested

Profile

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
  • 3 - 6 year work experience in private equity (funds, co-investments or direct-investments); investment banking and/or accounting is a plus
  • Equity valuation expertise (CFA or equivalent is a plus)
  • Demonstrable interest for ESG and impact investment topics
  • Analytical skills and capacity to spot key drivers of an investment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Able to manage multiple projects in an accurate and timely manner
  • Strong entrepreneurial mind-set, self-motivated and reliable
  • Fluent English, German is a plus
