Have you always been interested in the aviation industry and would like to develop your career in this field? 

Then this might be your chance. 

We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals from other industries or career starters to join our shop floor across several areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, Piece Part Repair, in Bad Zurzach and ZurichAirport. You will take part in our MRO Fundamentals Training and On-the-Job Training programs to support your development. As an Engine Mechanic you will:

• Support disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines, (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56)
• Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations
• Deliver assigned work on time and to high quality standards
• Apply Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement
• Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
• Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness 

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally as polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic or from another highly mechanical/technical industry 
• Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be able to lift heavy objects
• High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
• Good English skills (minimum B1) and German speaking is an advantage  
• Able to work in a 2-shift system
