Client Feedback is a strategic priority for Deloitte Switzerland, providing professional and independent feedback on Deloitte’s quality of service, commercial competitiveness, relationship strengths, and market perceptions. We interview key clients and translate our findings into action to make a difference for our clients, our account teams, and the wider firm.
As part of our team, you will be instrumental in delivering and promoting our client feedback programme across our firm. We are looking for someone with a real interest in client excellence, experience, and programme management. You will contribute to efforts capturing key clients’ feedback and translate findings into actionable strategies that make a difference for our clients, account teams, and the wider firm.
How you can make an impact
- Coordinate the programme pipeline: Oversee and coordinate the assessment pipeline, schedule internal and client meetings, and prepare related materials for account teams
- Manage and optimise client feedback processes: Lead the continuous development and refinement of existing processes and materials to enhance programme effectiveness and efficiency
- Scribe during interviews: Take comprehensive notes during client interviews that are fundamental to high-quality reports
- Analyse feedback strategically: Analyse client feedback in its strategic, commercial, and organisational context, distilling complex information into actionable insights. If comfortable, produce concise and strategic summary reports to be circulated to account teams and business leadership
- Create dashboards and performance reports: Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports to support the business in monitoring key performance indicators, metrics, and KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong rapport with diverse internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective working relationships across the firm
Who we are looking for
- BA or similar education with understanding and experience in large corporations, ideally from professional services
- Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
- Proficient in MS 365
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with strong project coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders (internal and external)
- Flexible, collaborative and solution-oriented team player
- Absolute integrity and commitment to quality client service
- Professional, clear, and empathetic communication style
- Familiarity with statistical methods, data mining techniques, AI-powered visualisation tools, and Power BI a plus
