Finding the talent that makes Deloitte unique
Are you a skilled, organised and creative communications professional? Are you a strong team player, deliver tangible outcomes and thrive in fast-paced environments? Do you want to advance your career with one of the world’s leading professional services firms?
If this sounds like you, the Deloitte Communications team is looking for you!
The Communications & Public Affairs team creates and delivers content that positions Deloitte as thought leaders in a wide range of fields – from business transformation and the future of work to the latest AI developments and other industry-specific topics. We create integrated and innovative communication strategies to engage with our external and internal audiences via the whole span of channels, from websites and blogs to PR and social media to intranet and digital signage. You will work within the Growth division, alongside marketing, eminence, brand, client relations, business development and research teams. Together, we shape strategic go-to-market programs addressing today’s business challenges of Deloitte’s C-suite clients and internal communities. Your work will have immediate, visible impact.
How you can make an impact
- Drive internal engagement through strategic campaigns: You will partner with the executive team, business departments, finance, marketing, compliance, and IT to design and launch internal communication campaigns. You will own the campaign pipeline, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, and measure what works using data analytics to shape future strategies.
- Create compelling content across all channels: You will develop and manage content for our internal communications app/platform, intranet, digital signage, and videos, and all in English. Your work is clear, engaging, and designed to reach our people where they are.
- Build a culture where everyone feels heard: Through transparent, inclusive communications, you will amplify Deloitte’s values, diversity, and equity initiatives. You will ensure all voices feel valued and help foster a workplace where people want to stay and grow.
- Innovate and lead beyond your role: You will continuously develop new ideas and tools to communicate more effectively. You will support in wider strategic communications, digital, and brand projects, and play an active role in helping to give Switzerland a voice in the Deloitte EMEA / Global internal communications community and share best practices.
Who we are looking for
- You have a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications, Economics, Law, or a related field and bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in internal or external communications.
- You have delivered results in internal or external communications. You have a proven track record developing and delivering effective, engaging campaigns, ideally in a large organisation or PR agency. You understand what works, and how to measure it.
- You write with clarity and confidence. You write to a high professional standard in English and can make complex ideas tangible and compelling. Bonus: you speak German or French.
- You are fluent in digital and you think strategically about it. You know your way around communication apps, intranet platforms, videos, blogs and podcasts. More importantly, you choose the right channel for the right message and understand how to drive engagement across them.
- You excel at event production and management. You have hands-on experience planning, producing, and executing corporate town halls or events, and producing post-town hall assets and polls. You manage logistics, coordinate speakers and panellists, oversee technical production (AV and hybrid setups), and ensure flawless execution. You thrive under pressure, anticipate challenges, and adapt quickly when things change.
- You learn fast and inspire people. You quickly grasp how our business works and what our people care about. Then you create content that resonates, content that informs, engages, and inspires action.
- You thrive in complexity. You juggle multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders without losing sight of the bigger picture. You are a strong team player with a positive, flexible, hands-on approach and you bring an entrepreneurial spirit to problem-solving.
- You champion inclusion and navigate change. You understand and appreciate diverse cultures, and you actively promote an inclusive work environment. You have guided employees through organisational change, communicating transitions clearly and maintaining morale and trust throughout.
If this sounds like you, you will find a team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and gives you the platform to shape how Deloitte communicates with their workforce.
Your team
You will join a diverse, multinational team of communicators who are genuinely invested in your success. We invest in your growth through structured training, mentoring programs, and on-the-job learning, but also by connecting with your colleagues across all business lines. Your teammates are motivated, collaborative, and curious. They challenge ideas respectfully, celebrate wins together, and support each other through difficult projects.
Access to global networks, exposure to diverse perspectives, and the chance to work on high-impact campaigns means you will develop skills and confidence quickly.
