Team & Mission

Verity Studios is the live events arm of Verity, designing and operating drone shows for some of the most ambitious productions in entertainment — arena tours, brand activations, broadcast events, and everything in between.

This role sits at the creative heart of how we grow. You will be the person who shows up where the industry gathers, builds real relationships with the people who design and direct the world's biggest shows, and brings them into what is possible with our drones.

What You'll Do

• Be in the room. Travel to where premium shows are conceived — studios, venues, festivals, key industry moments — and build genuine relationships with the creative teams who shape them.
• Open the creative conversation. When a client has a vision, take it by the hand and walk a few steps with them. Understand what they are really after, spark ideas, and shape them into something both compelling and real.
• Run ideation workshops. Design and lead creative sessions with clients and leading creatives that bring people into what is possible with our drones.
• Own the creative catalog. Build and maintain our living reference of what our drones can do and how hard each thing is to pull off — co-developed with engineering, used to steer concepts toward what we can execute brilliantly.
• Keep Verity top of mind. Nurture relationships over time so that when the next show is being conceived, we are already in the room.

Your Background

• 3–5 years in live events, show design, or entertainment technology — lighting, audio, scenic design, production, or similar
• A genuine creative instinct: you can riff on an idea and make people excited about a direction
• Comfortable in rooms full of artists, directors, and designers — you know how to earn their trust and hold your own in the conversation
• Some client-facing or commercial experience — you understand that relationships are the work, not a side effect of it
• Real curiosity about technology and what comes next, with strong English and the drive to be on the road roughly half the time
