• Configure and customize CWS applications according to customer requirements and product standards
• Create and maintain project documentation, including system descriptions, interface specifications, user manuals, and release notes
• Coordinate and track system engineering activities with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure technical consistency, system integration, and compliance with project requirements
• Support commissioning activities, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution both remotely and on-site
• Monitor operational systems, analyze incidents, and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Contribute to bid and tender activities, product improvement initiatives, and the continuous optimization of engineering processes and tools

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering, systems, or technical project environment
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and software-based systems
• Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong willingness to learn and thrive in a complex engineering environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel (approx. 20–40%)
