WinGD is looking for a
Technical Proposal Engineer
Responsabilities:
- Draft tailored service proposals (repairs, overhauls, retrofits) by aligning technical specifications with customer requirements.
- Act as a central hub to coordinate and bridge communication gaps between Sales, Technical Support, and Field Service teams.
- Identify and convert field technical insights, warranty issues, and service letters into billable commercial opportunities.
- Systematically collect and manage service-related data and WinGD service numbers to improve traceability and strategy
- Drive the development of unified technical-commercial processes and foster a collaborative culture that bridges the gap between departments.
- Build and maintain a sustainable database of service leads and historical data to ensure consistent, evolvable business assets.
- Identify and implement best practices for proactive quoting and service packages to provide long-term, scalable solutions for the global network
- Ensuring consistent data accumulation to serve as the essential foundation for long-term service strategies.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree (B.Sc.) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of field service experience, preferable with WinGD engines. Knowledge of iCER, WiDE, and SCR systems will be an extra asset.
- Ability to develop technical proposals and spare parts / tools / manpower list for specific engine overhaul tasks.
- Responsible for delivering technically viable and repair proposals that meet customer specifications.
- A self-motivated "Central Hub" capable of aligning Sales, Technical, and Field service teams for result-driven growth
