We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Integrations in Europe to lead our integrations team, support European sales, and drive the development of robust frameworks and best practices.
What We Are Looking For: The primary role of the Device Integrations and Customer Support team is to develop and maintain Pico’s plug-and-play device library with myriad connected equipment utilized in today’s factories. This includes everything from USB barcode scanners, torque tools, measurement equipment, and custom end-of-line testers. You can get a sneak peek here: https://www.picomes.com/tools . This role is for the team leader including individual development tasks, 25-50% time providing customer support and system-level troubleshooting, and also sales development. Not only will you have a broad experience working with many different protocols, libraries, and specifications, you’ll also exhibit an in-depth understanding of Pico’s system architecture including the web application, IoT infrastructure, networking, server architecture and more. You will also be the key Pico leader in Europe.
What You’ll Do:

- Provide application engineering and sales demonstrations for both existing Pico features and new customizations to meet prospect deliverables.
- Maintain and improve Pico’s hardware and software powered by Raspberry Pi. Develop custom parsing scripts to analyze log files, captured machine data, and other custom integrations based on customer requests.
- Participate in the planning and execution of software releases and system upgrades, ensuring that integration solutions are updated and tested as necessary. Support testing and feature validation to ensure smooth and seamless deployments.
- In the event of an issue, use remote access to assess the situation, recommend fixes for next steps, and implement solutions to address the customer’s needs. Issues may range from tool communication issues all the way up to network issues.
- Receive customer and roadmap requests for new devices/tools that need to be integrated with the MES.
- Provide clear and timely communication with the rest of the Pico MES team on customer status updates and weekly engineering tasks.
Who You are:
- 7+ years of experience in software integration, hardware, system architecture, or related roles, with a strong focus on manufacturing systems. Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Hardware Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading and managing integration teams.
