Junior Data Engineer
About the role
Our client, a major energy producer and trader, is expanding their cutting-edge data platform to drive efficiency and insights across their international operations. As a Junior Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in evolving our client's Enterprise Data Management platform, ensuring data is stored, cleaned, and readily available for critical business and trading operations. You will contribute to strengthening the team, tackling technical debt, and driving platform expansion within a dynamic environment.

Work tasks
- Develop and write code for data solutions.
- Build and manage ETL pipelines and integrate APIs to enhance data flow.
- Manage and maintain the data platform infrastructure.
- Clean and improve existing codebases to reduce technical debt.
- Translate internal business needs into technical data requirements.
- Support the expansion of the Enterprise Data Management platform.
We are looking for
- Advanced knowledge of Python.
- Good understanding of the Energy Industry.
- Fluent in English.
It is meritorious if you have
- Good knowledge of SQL, AWS and/or Time Series Database
- Knowledge of French.
