- Lead and conduct investigations into financial crime, including fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, non-compliance, and corruption
- Manage projects in compliance and fraud risk management, covering prevention, detection, and response
- Collaborate with forensic technology specialists to support digital evidence collection and analysis
- Drive business development and client acquisition by leveraging your strong market presence and established client network in the region
- Support interactions with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and legal proceedings
- Take a leading role in internal team management, including resource planning and talent development
- At least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in forensic, compliance or audit; preferably in a Consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of fraud investigations, compliance, Forensic Technology and anti-corruption practices
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE); Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent professional qualification would be considered an advantage
- Additional training in forensics or compliance is an advantage
- Fluent in French and English; German and any additional languages are a plus
- Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to travel as required
