Our private family office is dedicated to managing the long-term wealth and investments of a single family. With a focus on high-conviction portfolio management, we specialize in public equities, private equity, and real estate investments, aiming to deliver consistent market outperformance while aligning with the family's values and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• English perfect fluency.
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in portfolio management with a strong focus on equity investments (US equities experience highly preferred).
• Verifiable track record of alpha generation vs. benchmarks (e.g., S&P 500).
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex strategies into clear recommendations.
• Comfortable working independently and directly with principals.
• Familiarity with ESG, real estate, fixed income, private equity, and venture capital is a plus.
• Able to manage junior analyst

Work Location
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreux, Switzerland (Monday–Friday).
