Our Digital Business Services (DBS) encompasses infrastructure, applications, data and reporting, as well as projects, including roll-ins, and delivers digital solutions to support productivity, growth, and customer experience. Today, DBS provides services and solutions for a comprehensive landscape with 38 core system applications, over 2,500 servers and more than 19,000 end-user devices. For our organization “Digital Workplace Solutions” at our global operational headquarters in Greifensee, we are looking for a Workplace Specialist 100% (f/m/d)You are comfortable managing a large device landscape through remote maintenance and management tools such as SCCM and Intune, and you know how to operate effectively within Corporate IT guidelines in an international environment. At the same time, you enjoy working closely with your team, taking ownership of a broad range of workplace topics, and contributing to reliable day-to-day operations with a helpful, service-oriented mindset. If you like collaborating in a team that organizes its priorities together and appreciate the variety of a generalist role, this could be a great fit for you.Key Responsibilities:First- and second-level support for PCs, laptops, printers, and IP telephony / MS Teams telephony, as well as local network hardware and software including operating systems.Re-/staging of computers and end devices.Active Directory administration, including accounts, groups, mailboxes, and group policies.Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of standard software and tokens.System management and client administration with SCCM / Intune.Management of permissions for large data volumes and file structures. Participation in SOX audits and controls (e.g. patching, antivirus, AD access). Participation in, and in some cases taking responsibility for, rollouts of hardware and software. Basic client engineering and packaging tasks. Technical responsibility for defined workplace topics and actively contributing to the further development of standards, processes, and documentation. Contributing to the coordination of workplace activities across sites and independently prioritizing tasks within the team.Providing deputy support to Area IT Management in day-to-day operations (e.g. prioritization, escalations, coordination).Communication and coordination with internal and external IT partners and vendors in connection with changes, updates, and incidents.
