Business Process Manager - PWM Digital Solutions Investment

PWM Digital Solutions – is at the heart of the Tech Wealth Management transformation.

Within PWM Operations & IT, we combine business and technology expertise to build the Tech tools for the investment platform of tomorrow  — scalable, data-driven and focused on client value.

You will join a high-impact team, shaping how Tech improves the end-to-end investment platform processes across the Front Office: Investment Platform, Trading, Compliance and Operations.

You will report to the Head of PWM Digital Solutions – Investment and work in closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts.

Your role

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the tech transformation of the investment processes, with a strong focus on risk, performance, valuation and advanced calculation capabilities.

You will work at the heart of the investment value chain, ensuring that processes and data flows enable robust analytics, efficient execution and better investment decisions.

Your key functional focus:

• Risk and performance, valuation, scenario analysis and simulation


• Calculation engines (cash management, optimisation, collateral consumption, etc.)

Your impact:

• Be accountable to lead the resolution of complex tech & business process challenges, including Tech process documentation across the investment lifecycle and beyond.


• Act as a functional expert between Tech & Investment Platform for performance & risk, valuation, and calculation topics.


• Strengthen data and calculation frameworks to ensure accuracy and scalability.


• Connect teams across silos (Front, Investment Platform, Trading, Compliance, IT & Operations) – to build strong alignment & collaboration.


• Turn complexity into clarity, improving efficiency and user experience.


• Transform incidents into lasting improvements by identifying gaps and collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts & support teams.


• Enabling decision-making through clear process governance and stakeholder engagement.


• Build durable knowledge and transparency across tech teams, business experts & processes.

Your profile

• Approximately 10 years’ in-depth expertise in:
  
  
  • Technology
  
  
  • risk and performance
  
  
  • valuation, scenario analysis and simulations
  
  
  • calculation engines, including cash-management and optimisation.
  
  



• Tech-savvy, with ability to work across business and technology (including APIs and data platform).


• Proven experience in investment processes in a cross-functional role.


• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to simplify complex topics.


• Structured, autonomous and delivery-focused.


• Knowledge of collateral management would be an advantage.


• Fluent in French and English.


• Resident in Switzerland.
