You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to help drive operational excellence, transparency, and smart decision-making.</p><p>This is an opportunity to <b>combine analytical expertise with meaningful purpose</b>, while growing into a strategic finance partner within a collaborative and supportive environment.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do</b></p><ul><li><p>Act as a trusted finance partner for cost centers, capital investments, projects, inventory and <span>windchill change orders</span></p></li><li><p>Lead and support <span>annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting process across assigned areas</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with the business to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support improvement initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support full cycle of capital (planning, tracking, and post-investment)</span></p></li><li><p>Monitor inventory and communicate financial implications and opportunities <span>by partnering with local supply chain</span></p></li><li><p>Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, reporting <span>and data accuracy</span></p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with <span>financial controls, policies, and reporting requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute deliverables in a consistent, timely, and accurate manner</span></p></li><li><p><span>Play a key role in month-end activities by executing journal entries, performing variance analysis, and preparing reports</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you bring</b></p><p></p><p>We know great candidates don’t always meet every requirement.
