À propos de cette offre
We are a growing leadership consulting firm on a mission to help leaders and organizations realize what’s humanly possible. Our network of world-class coaches works with CEOs and top executives from industry-leading companies worldwide on their individual, team and organizational development journeys. Through our work, our objective is to help replace fear with confidence and turn potential into measurable progress.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile and hands-on finance professional to take full ownership of our financial landscape - from operational excellence to strategic partnership - and act as a trusted thought partner to leadership as we scale.
Based in the heart of Geneva, this is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys creating pragmatic solutions, isn’t shy about rolling up their sleeves, supports the team where needed and wants a direct seat at the table when important business decisions are made. The successful candidate will have direct access to The Practice’s leadership team and practitioner network, making this a great opportunity to learn and grow. We are looking for someone who adds to our human-centered and creative company culture: for us, personal connection & chemistry is key. In addition, the ideal candidate shares our commitment to integrity and excellence, and brings analytical rigor mixed with a collaborative attitude to help us scale thoughtfully.
