Ichnos (‘ik-noz) Sciences—a name taken from an ancientGreek word for “footprint”—is shifting how the world thinks about innovation inmedicine. Based in the U.S., Ichnos Sciences also has twosites in Switzerland, a biological R&D center in Lausanne and a GMPmanufacturing and process sciences center in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Our Swissoperations focus on the discovery and development of novel biological entitiesand drugs, including monoclonal antibodies and bispecific antibodies that are based on our proprietary technology platform,BEAT® (Bispecific Engagement by Antibodies based on the T cellreceptor).
We currently have three biologics in clinical development,ranging from Phase 1 to Phase 2b, plus multiple discovery programs. With themolecules and drugs in our pipeline, we are seeking new answers to create life-changingtherapies for patients with cancer and autoimmune disease.

Grande atmosphère et science fascinante
Qu'est-ce qui fonctionne bien ?
Ichnos est une entreprise très dynamique qui offre un environnement enrichissant et positif. De grandes valeurs et de grands comportements sont en place, avec des objectifs et des buts clairs. La direction valorise et reconnaît les réalisations de tous les employés, ce qui en fait une entreprise où il fait bon travailler et qui offre de grandes possibilités de développement. La science et la technologie sont à la pointe du progrès et leur impact sur les patients est très prometteur.
Quels sont les points à améliorer ?
La visibilité de l'entreprise n'est pas encore au rendez-vous, quelques progrès avec des présentations internationales qui pourraient être annoncées sur différentes plateformes de médias sociaux pour augmenter la visibilité.

Une science fantastique, des collègues étonnants et un endroit où il fait bon vivre !
Qu'est-ce qui fonctionne bien ?
Ichnos (le site Biopole) est un endroit où je pouvais exprimer mon potentiel. C'est un endroit où l'on peut faire de la grande science et la voir passer du laboratoire à la clinique en première personne. C'est vraiment gratifiant. En outre, le groupe de découverte est très international et jeune, ce qui donne l'occasion parfaite de se développer dans ce que je pense être la meilleure profession qui soit. Merci à Ichnos de rendre cela possible !
Quels sont les points à améliorer ?
Malheureusement, étant donné la situation du COVID, les activités sociales sont limitées. Je pense que, dès que la situation le permettra, nous devrions organiser davantage d'événements sociaux afin de stimuler davantage l'esprit communautaire.

Quels sont les points à améliorer ?
Ichnos sciences is defined itself by “a transformative company with a vision black and white with key values : high performance, forward thinking” Maybe they can change with the correct ones : toxic environment [incompetence etc….. This company is clearly just focused on politics and on personal interests. The big layer of manager people is not in Ichnos to drive science and manage people but just for not taking decision, create rivalry between teams and passing the buck to protect themselves. Toxic and incompetent employees are valued and thanked because they belittle and they do bullying on other people. You can’t be happy in this compagny if you just want to do science and find a cure for patients. Lot of projects change all the time without clear communication and let people manage it alone. Management and HR people blind eye on policy when it is benefit for them and call that accountability, when it is not the case they chase people. HR people take time to write fake comments but they don’t think about the way to write them to be credible. Lot of people who are working in ichnos are in the company for less than one year because all previous employee resigned (or looked for job for the remaining person). The salary are low
