• Set up a brokerage franchise with exclusivity for St Tropez region of St Tropez, closing the largest estate sale of the group history to this day (€40M) in the early stages of set-up
• Performed 40+ detailed property inspections and customisations to VIP guest requests for Luxury Retreats
• Headed a team of 15+ staff preparing a new build 4,500m² residence for private rental, set on 2ha with 11 suites, spa with hammam and indoor pool, outdoor pool and 20 seat cinema
• Headed the residential villa section of the first phase of the Royal Palm Resort, Marrakech including 90+ luxury villas, a country club, an 18-hole golf course and a five-star hotel
