What works well?
New employees are welcomed with care. Working conditions and atmosphere are very good. With 6 weeks' vacation and 10 public holidays a year, as well as flexible working hours and the possibility of teleworking, I think Démarche offers good conditions. The entrepreneurial and innovative side of Démarche, which is its strength and sets it apart from other service providers, is a great motivator. The autonomy is also appreciated.
What could be improved?
Having worked for several companies in my career, I don't see much room for improvement in this cooperative. Increases are admittedly relatively low, but you have to understand that they are framed by the subsidizers.
