What works well?
Unfortunately, it's becoming difficult to identify any really positive points today. For a long time, the company was a fine structure, with great potential and a good team spirit, but over time, the organization and atmosphere have deteriorated. What worked in the past was gradually lost, transforming a fine dynamic into a more tense and demotivating climate.
What could be improved?
A number of aspects require particular attention, including internal communication, consistency in work management and staff recognition. A more competent, fair and attentive management team would significantly improve overall performance. It would also be desirable to ensure fair treatment of all employees, without favoritism or differences in consideration. Finally, the company seems to have lost some of its know-how, which underlines the need to reinforce the transmission of knowledge. A better understanding of the field and more humane management could restore the quality and motivation that were the company's original strengths.

I go for an interview.... I bring my files, certificates, etc., I expect an interview..... and the manager plants me behind a machine without explaining anything about the job, the company, no visit ..... he plants me with an employee who barely speaks French ..........ha si, the manager asked me just one question ..... if I speak Portuguese. Most of the employees are frontier workers paid by the slingshot and obviously all they're looking for are hands ..... the manager had to say 2 words to me ..... hello when I arrived and goodbye when I left ..... Talk about an interview......
