CIGES SA est le centre de compétences du système d’information sanitaire du canton de Neuchâtel, né de la volonté commune :
- des homes du canton regroupés au sein de l'Association Neuchâteloise des Etablissements et Maisons pour Personnes Agées (ANEMPA),
- l’Accueil Réseau Orientation Santé Social (AROSS)
- du Centre Neuchâtelois de Psychiatrie (CNP),
- de l’Hôpital Neuchâtelois (HNE),
- des soins à domicile neuchâtelois (Neuchâtel Organise le Maintien à Domicile - NOMAD),
- du Service Cantonal de la Santé Pulique (SCSP),
de se doter d’une structure capable de construire et de gérer un système d’information commun, de bénéficier d’une expertise informatique proche du métier, à même de servir les axes stratégiques des institutions.
Pour assurer ses missions, le CIGES travaille avec un partenaires privilégié : le SIEN (Service informatique de l’Entité neuchâteloise) qui est en charge des infrastructures informatiques de Santé.
Le CIGES définit les besoins et les niveaux de service attendus par le métier en matière de système d’information, d’infrastructure, de réseau ou de tout autre élément informatique ou de télécommunication.
Le SIEN apporte son expertise en matière d'architecture des infrastructures et des processus d'exploitation pour atteindre les niveaux de service requis.

Surprising recruitment process, to say the least
What works well?
The job description is correct. But deadlines and external communication are dysfunctional.
What could be improved?
After a very long interview, I was offered a job, but I didn't get a reply within the time limit I'd been told, the process was lengthened and the person in charge of human resources seemed to be totally out of touch with the reality on the ground. The time announced did not correspond to reality and I arrived late on my schedule for the rest of the day. Finally, I was never called back and no one was available, and I was never given an answer despite various promises. I had invested several hours of my time, but no one had the courtesy to give me the slightest answer.
