What works well?

The atmosphere is very good and allows a very good balance between family and professional life. The people are friendly. It's nice to be able to enjoy the sporting activities, but also the knowledge.

What could be improved?

Salaries could undoubtedly be re-evaluated in relation to the private sector, or individual effort better rewarded.
