What works well?

It is really hard to say, since did not have time to see it myself.

What could be improved?

- I was hired for indefinite contract (CDI) and got terminated 15h before I was supposed to start my work by e-mail (They didn't even try to call this key information). - Management does not seem to know what the board of the company decides.
