What works well?
The remuneration is fair and the LPP above average without being exceptional. The atmosphere within the teams is quite good, even if there are tensions between certain teams.
What could be improved?
The premises are dilapidated and poorly insulated. Mixed toilets. Parking lot is small and chargeable. The on-site restaurant is unsubsidized and of fair quality. Fruit baskets are few and far between. The management is not very human and is focused on external relations, neglecting the well-being of employees.

What works well?
Although the premises are outdated, they are accessible by the LEB. The view can be magnificent if you have an office overlooking Lausanne and its lake. The coffee machine (bean-to-cup!) works very well. 2 days of remote working
What could be improved?
Loss of subsidized pricing for the hospital restaurant since 2024. Over the past few months, the atmosphere has deteriorated significantly with the "transformation" project. The face of the company is changing with voluntary and involuntary departures and the mass arrival of consultants. Very serious communication issues.
