What works well?

As an apprentice, I have the unique opportunity to discover several departments within the company. Being able to "switch" from one department to another is extremely rewarding, as it gives me a global view of the company and enables me to develop a wide range of skills. Each team has always given me a warm welcome, with a real desire to share their know-how. The atmosphere is friendly, and I felt integrated from day one, no matter which department I was in.

What could be improved?

If I had to suggest a point for improvement, it would be to welcome more apprentices into the company. Having more fellow apprentices would enable us to create a small community, share our respective experiences and help each other out even more in our training. It would also reinforce the company's young, motivated dynamic.
