hello . the contact with the candidates , you are at the lowest . so at zero . even if the rest is negative say it by mail or phone , it takes 2 minutes on 8 hours of work . and also no automatic answer , it's just edu non respect !!!!

I didn't have time to see what was going well in the company because after several exchanges, the recruiter in charge of my file never contacted me again (even though an appointment had been made).

- presence at the time of an appointment and not disappear without giving any news. - flexibility in the hours of telephone appointments (I made three proposals for call days, finally agreeing on the only day I was not available, but I adapt, result of the races the recruiter never comes back to me) - respect for the candidates you call -
