The people is great and you have a good salary, flexible conditions, but is a Public American company that need to work in the well being of the employees instead of the money

This company offers a higher than average level of salary and benefits. Employees are recognized for their quality work with good merit increase and a bonus is also paid based on the results of the company. Parking space is provided for car users and Public transportation subscription is offered for the others. I also appreciate the flexible working hours. There is a friendly working atmosphere among all employees regardless of the employee level. I always feel respected as an employee and as an individual by everyone regardless of the level. I find this company dynamic with a good potential for facing challenges and opportunities. I like this dynamic environment.

I would appreciate a more flexible dress code policy. Casual dress Fridays where you can wear blue jeans and t-shirt seems a bit outdated to me. This company has made good efforts in promoting gender and ethnic diversity and I am convinced that lightening the dress code policy would be step forward toward equality in that sense.

Since COVID-19 on-site badging system has been replaced by an online application which is less user friendly.
